Found it! The full version of Moon Shadow with Patti fiercely lamenting the loss of her mouth (God forbid), "Won't have to smile . . . Won't have to wear no more lipstick on my big lips! I ain't got no lips! Won't be able to eat no more ham hocks and collard greens . . ." and then she gives those big lips a slight rest and throws it an awesome backing band.

Save for declaring that Jennifer Hudson's red carpet mentor, Andre Leon Talley, is the devil, there ain't no other way to explain this. Unless . . . the two were tired of talk of the Dreams and Supremes parallels and decided to pull focus on to another girl group from later in that era.
